For your happiness and ours, we want you to receive your materials quickly, completely and confidently. That means we will use trackable express shipping methods on product orders over $5.00, and will generally insure your shipment for your purchase price if over $50.00. For smaller packages, our preference for economy, speed and trustworthiness is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Our shipping charges reflect the cost of these methods (and we don't make money on shipping!) but we think you'll agree it's better for both of us to be SURE that your package will arrive or be able to TRACK it if it doesn't!
You'll receive a confirmation email when your shipment is sent. Be sure to communicate with us if there are any problems with your shipment once it arrives.
Note to Canadian Customers: For all but the smallest items shipped which will fit in a standard envelope, we send parcels via International Priority Mail which is not inexpensive but is trackable. We charge for actual shipping costs incurred. If your actual shipping cost is less than the amount charged, you will be refunded the difference.
